I can't find a specific thread for Motion elements, there probably is one but I just can't see it.

In another forum someone mentioned that they went to the subscription model as well now, I went to their site and yes they have a membership plan but it does look bad, it's similar to pond5, it's not like Storyblocks or anything.

Perhaps it's time we all give motion elements a good try and upload our content there and see how it goes?,  if only adding the titles and and all those other parameters to each clip wasn't so time consuming on that site, would take weeks to do if you have a lot of content.

Why in the world would you want to upload your media to a company that will let customers download as much as they want for $30/mo??  The customer downloads 500 photos, just because he can and there is no penalty for taking more. That would mean you will get a couple cents per image download.  No thanks!

I deleted ALL my 4000+ images from ME, and told them it was because I wanted nothing to do with their give-it-away-free program in which they got paid, but the contributor essentially gets nothing.

They confirmed that my videos are NOT part of a subscription plan, so I kept my 2000+ videos there. However, those videos were put up in March and April, and so far ZERO SALES.  Not hopeful, and not somewhere I would want to send more media to...

I double checked and yes it looks like videos are not part of the all you can download plan, they have plans similar to pond5 when it comes to that.  Too bad sales are not happening there though, in April I went from making $3000/month on Pond5 to now under $400/month so no longer viable to make a living there and over on SS it's nothing too great but never has been for me anyways.

Uploading 24/7 to SS now but with the new similars policy if there is a video that is similar already on the site then mine gets rejected, you need to make some rather unique content and lots of it to get past the reviewers at SS now, the policy makes sense sort of but it sure slows things down, go to any stock site and search up any subject you can think of and it's probably there.

Desperately need a new and viable site to sell video on, editorial and non-editorial and a site that doesn't screw us six ways to Sunday all while gaslighting us and telling us we need to value our work and then basically putting us out of business.
