Title: MR Do I need one for each agency?
Post by: vonkara on August 27, 2008, 13:15
Sorry if it was already answered, but there's too many threads that are using the words model release. I did a small research but it was a bit confusing.

I will work with models in the next months. Do I can use a generic model release that I will upload everywhere or I must use the ones provided by each agencies?

I believe if  you use the iStock model release and remove all references to iStock (including the one at the very bottom) then all the site will accept it.

I made a word doc based on Istock release - it is attached in my first post on this old thread.

Dreamstime seems to be the most picky. The istock release will work there if you remove all references to istock as mentioned. There is also a spot in the Istock release where it says: "governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada:  You need to change this line to the state and country where you live.  :)
