Today i had around 45 credits and suddenly fell to -98 without any activities? (attach)

How is it possible that my credits went to minus? I often make convert of credits 100, 150, and the last one I have was about 2-3 days of 150 ...

I sent massage to support. Has this happened to anyone else?

OK Fotolia recover my credits. For me it's currently top earning agency.

You must ask how many other accounts have "magically" gone to negative that aren't caught or questined? What about someone who had $2500 in their balance and it jumps down to $2465? Many contributors do not pay close attention to their accounts , so when something like this happens FT is making out like the bandits they are. This is a very suspicious occurrence indeed, call it a glitch or whatever, methe end result is

FT 1

Why this bitterness? Bandits? Common! True, nobody likes glitches and refunds.
But be fair and appreciate how much Mat is here to help.

Have you not been with Fotolia long? Are you unaware of all they have done to contributors over the last few years? You can easily find on this forum a lot of history on how FT intentionally screwed contributors and in my mind as long as the same crew is running the joint, even under the Adobe umbrella, there will always be that mentality of how we can cheat more out of their contributors.

I've been long enough with them to notice the visible change in attitude, you fail to acknowledge.

It is harder for some to wipe away the years of exploitation they received from an agency...

Have to say I find it strange that anyone leaves $$$$ in any agencies account - I would want control over my money asap in the UK at least you have some protection if its in the bank - if an agency went bust you would probably be a long way down the Q to get ANYTHING out of them.

What? Exploitation? Has someone coerced Mantis to work with FT?
It sounds more like sour grapes to me.

Theres different levels of exploitation people and companies do all the time. No one forces you to sign an agreement on websites and such before you use that service but you do anyway. Or do you always happily not read the terms and click yes anyway? The same goes for bank amendments to their policies where they try to sneak in extra fees to help their bottom line. If you don't think this is some sort of exploitation, you and i have different understanding of the word.

Yes, indeed. We have different understanding.
I hope you don't just sign your mortgage/rental contract without reading it and agreeing to it, only to accuse your lender or landlord of exploitation, because you failed to read what you signed for.
