Anyone else on Smugmug get the new pricing email? Pro account will increase 60%.
What do the rest of you use for portfolios? I use Smugmug mostly as an online proofing gallery. Don't sell enough there to justify an increase in price. I have several months to decide whether to move my images or downgrade my account, but I'm not going from $150 to $250 at SM
Does anyone know of a good comparison of online portfolio hosts?

I haven't gotten that email yet but I logged into my acct and looked up the plans:
This is the new plans. Looks like they renamed the Pro Acct to Business
Basic: $40/year • Power: $60/year • Portfolio: $150/year • Business: $300/year
I'm not up for renewal until April - but no way I'll stay at that price.

Well, I cancelled my account last month and just noticed that they billed me for August even though they deactivated my files in July.
Look into Zenfolio. I haven't looked at them for quite a while, but they offered everything Smugmug did, lower rates, free watermarks, more file formats Of course I did my research more than a year ago. The night I was going to switch they were down for maintenance so I stayed at Smug for another year.

I have a Zenfolio premium level account. This is my second year with them. I didn't go with Smug Mug because I didn't want their branding.
