Power 25 watts is very small. I am only satisfied with power 80-100 watts on one softbox.
Perhaps you bought it for some specific purposes.
How much dollars does it cost?

I paid $322.00 /i have 15 % off from regular price/.
If I am correct it was 45 Watts each. Not mega power but great for studio work with some smaller products and also some photography/video
in customers places like restaurant/food photography and many other things. I am sure it is also great for quick interview.
Yes 100w is great, but with soft box is not really great for smaller space and not easy for travel with them. I also love softboxes I am using two with my larger flashlights and other one with video light.
Every tools is for something.

It is written on the lamps 25W. You showed it yourself on the video.

I think you can find something similar on Aliexpress for much cheaper.
I would only pay that much money if I had a lot of shoots planned with models.

You are right, I am mistaken with lumens, 1,800 lumens is equivalent to 25–45 watts for an LED bulb, it was pretty bright
