Title: No sales on Shutterstock lately

This is very unusual (even for me) but I've had no DLs at all on there since Oct 4th. Do you think the website was not functioning correctly of is it the beginning of the end for SS? I usualy have about 15 DLs a month

Downloads are slower this month and even commissions have been lower though had a big sale yesterday.

There could be something wrong with my account but I didn't deactivate it. I'll have to search for my images & see if they turn up.

With just 15 downloads a month, so an average of 0.5 downloads a day, having no downloads for 15 days like in your case  seems like a possible normal fluctation. I sometimes have 20-40 dowloands less in a day than on other days, so having "0.5 less downloads than usual per day" doesn't seem like something out of the ordinary.

daily sales, down 10% from normal

still amazed (not really)about the conclusion from activity on 1 site means the entire system is broken

Well, it's not only Shutterstock, but also Adobe that's kind of struggling lately?
At least for me, and I hear the same from other people.

Maybe it's just normal fluctuation, but I guess a lot of people expected a strong October as it usually is a rather strong month.

My October was awful until the 13th then it picked up.

DL's at normal levels, but the actual earnings on those DL's are about 40% down.

This week has been okay at SS. Not enough to make up for the shortfall in the last couple of weeks, but okay.
