This looks like an interesting idea.  It looks like an alternative to flickr but if they add ways to sell images, it could be useful for stock photos.

It sounds like you can build any application you want on top of it.  The downside being you have to pay for the storage yourself.  It seems basically, like a photo interface to these services.
