As far as pricing goes, that is the main way micros compete. Adding the smidgen amount they pay us, based on whatever deal they strike with customers, makes what this guy says accurate. I don't think it is necessarily customers demanding lower prices, I think it is the natural, inherent way businesses try to get one up on their competition. If all micros upped their prices, there would still be plenty of buyers buying our work. Blame the micros not the customers.
