Next time you get an out of focus rejection just send in this to the reviewers.

Intentional Blur is quite trendy at the moment I believe whether you happen to like it or not. Though I don't think this example is a very good execution.

Blurred and out of focus are different things

Blurred means that it is blurred
Out of focus means that it is out of focus  :P
