Title: Panthermedia
Post by: tab62 on May 09, 2012, 09:03
Hi MSG Folks,

When a photo is marked 'Amendments' I cannot seem why it is marked as such and than I cannot seem to fix it to get it back into the pool of 'Pending' any ideas?

Thanks

Tom

That's another unfinished site. PM thinks we read their mind...
Don't waste your nerves. If you consider good the photo, upload it again, maybe some other inspector will like it. If not, forget the whole thing, since their upload system is unnecessarily complicated...

There is normally some text down around the box where you can put comments for the reviewers. They give you some idea of what is required - usually a model or property release

I don't mind the extra steps for uploading, as long as the reviewing is fast and consistent.

Took me a while to work that one out last time I had a soft reject, I think in the end I had to hover on the thumbnail and some text came up saying what the amendment was?

If cursor is over this stoplights icon text says what to change. But you have to upload image again.

PM,  is actually a good agency, stick with it!  its run quite professionally and it reminds me a lot of a trad-agency.
