Title: Paypal charge?

Hi all,

I recently got paid by an agencies who sell my RM images, then i realise there is a charge for the payment through in paypal.

I asked the agency their answer is they didn't initiate it.

I asked the paypal and still waiting for the answer.

I didn't get the charge all the rest of agencies. I wonder why it happens sometimes? it is showed as 'fee amount'.

I don't have this charge from all other agencies.

I am just having a free paypal account, but not sure why just this agency got a charge in paypal.
