Title: Paypal minimum withdrawal now?

I just tried to cash out some dollars from Paypal and got a message saying I need to make sure it is more than $150. I am transferring from USD to GBP. 

Is this a bug or a new limit? I was able to transfer less than $150 yesterday!

Okay finally got through on the phone, it is a site bug.
