Yha I know Pepsi is the poor parent of CocaCola, and maybe they don't have enough money to buy images for advertising.

Do you think that 123rf will do something about this?
Or what can I do?

First you should conrtact 123Rf in any case. Perhaps pepsi has bought your image and only the watermark is not removed.

I will contact 123rf, but I don't believe Pepsie bought the image, the Marketing company "waynext" that make that small facebook advertisment make the mistake of using a image with the watermark. this is Portugal, they just do and don't care about nothing.

Pepsi has lots of money but it doesn't necessarily mean that they pay millions for each advertising, actually they could pay less than the normal going rates for whatever reason because they're Pepsi and the AD agency likes to have famous clients for their portfolio.

I followed the link and see no watermark on what shows, but I could be seeing the wrong image? Distressed girl shopper, with Santa hat and hand reaching out with a Pepsi?

Edit: Pete needs a new monitor. Wow that was the proof. Yes left Shoulder in the image, her right.

^ It has been my first impression too. But looking better you can see an almost (in)visible watermark (on the right arm, over the b/w stripped pack).

Yeah if you look carefully you can see it.

It is kinda faded out.

The Watermark its not to much visible because they blur the image.

Pepsi has said this on the post.

Translated from Portuguese:

"Thanks for your pertinent observation!

By mistake we do not publish the correct version of the image. The final version includes your photo, we like a lot, but without the watermark.

If you want to send us a private message to you do get proof of purchase of the image, which as you can see is still done on Friday.

Thank you for your attention!"
