If you hate having your work stolen and used illegally then go sign this petition to have it stopped.

Sure, the chances of it achieving anything are minimal but demonstrating a complete lack of interest in whether your pictures are stolen or not is certainly not going to get anything done.

Lol, I know, but I don't think I've ever heard of one of these petitions doing anything.  That said, one more professionally written with better examples than two sites that are probably using the poster's work, would likely be taken more seriously...
