Maybe its time somebody sued flickr...

I too contacted Paul Prescott via SS message board as one of his photos is on that same page towards the bottom. The one of the couple smoking the no smoking sign.
I swear people must think royalty free means take it and call it your own.

And possibly this guy didn't even buy these photos.

This person has been very busy.......
Just on page 1 I can identify 10 of the images to ten different artists on Dreamstime.
I use Pic Scout Image Exchange and their little blue icon is on the corner of each of the images and takes me straight the image on Dreamstime.
Pages 1 thru 6 have images from many different artists at Dreamstime.

Ya but I'll say this ... that thief has good taste.
Guess I'll be ready for the big time when people start stealing my stuff. ::)

DONE!
I sent Yahoo (owner of flickr.com) a DMCA takedown notice yesterday and I imagine that other photographers must have follow suit after reading this forum post. Yahoo has already removed (or convince the account holder to) all the stock photographs from this flickr account.
I applaud Yahoo for their prompt action.
Thank you all for your constant vigilance and your help safeguarding our microstock community.

Glad it was handled so quickly for you. Nice to have good news for a change c

They should at least close the whole account. The guy is still active (although now without the pictures).
