What's the deal with the "Photos.com" site. It doesn't seem to have a contributors area. Is it a mirror to another M/S site? I received a flier in the (snail) mail yesterday advertising for subscriptions. Just curious...thanks...jp

Owned by Jupiter Images, many hurdles to get on board as a contributing phtographer. Got the same flyer and trashed it. They really aren't seeking new contributers, just buyers.

....got one too.  They are just soliciting for designers to subscribe.  I ripped through the site but couldn't find any entry for submitters (that's Jupiter for you).
     As I always do, I put in a search for "Maine Coast".  One of my 'barometer' keywords. I do so to 'check out' the competition.
     I have to say,  I wasn't all that impressed with a lot of the photos on the site considering it's owned by a major macro.  8)  -tom
