Title: Pixmac question
Post by: sipaphoto on January 20, 2012, 14:14
I'm a little confused here and hoping someone here can clear me up...
When I do a Google search of my account (sipaphoto) on Pixmac and view my profile, it says I've sold 6 photos so far (don't laugh, it's a new account). However, when I view my sales record after logging into Pixmac, my account shows only one photo sold, and even shows me which photo was sold, but definitely only shows one. Even my balance shows that only one photo was sold, not six. What gives? Anyone know why the discrepancy?

If that's the case, it's a huge success! 5 sales at featurepics is about my lifetime achievement there

Hi Sinaphoto,

yes, the answers were right - we have partnerships with several agencies and feature also their images. Your regular Pixmac account has 1 sale, your account from one of our partners has 6 sales. We don't have originals from our partners - for each download we send a request to your "home agency" directly and you get your commission there as for any other download.

If you have more questions feel free contact me via email lucie@pixmac.com.
