Title: pixmac won't delete thumbs of my files from their database
Post by: tempura on January 14, 2010, 08:43
I erased my files from fotolia, (yes thinking of becoming exclusive at is), and and files have been deleted from all their resellers (is that what they are called). But at pixmac the thumbs to my files are still visible, and can be found through a simple google search. I've contacted them and been told that it took 24h for update. But that hasn't happened.

Has anyone had the same problem?
Can it really very hard for them to update the system?

DT had a similar program through Pixmac, and when I checked, my photos were on Pixmac. Then I went to my page on DT and unchecked the opt-in for partner programs. A week or two later they had been removed from Pixmac.

I guess just keep bugging Fotolia/Pixmac support until they are down. No, it shouldn't be that difficult to do.

"Hello friend! Sorry, no results found for your search."

Looks like they are gone now.
