Hi all,
after nine years, now is the first time I need a release for a shoot where are a recognizable person depicted (myself); please could anyone tell me where I can find a release form useful, possibly simple, and acceptable by all agencies.

I think all releases should be accepted on all agencies, they all contain the same information after all.
I use the one from Shutterstock and had it accepted on all agencies. On iStock you need to make sure to add a reference photo, while it's optional for other agencies.

Thank you very much, Firn!

Do you use the download version or the Docusign version please?
My template one is accepted by everyone except SS who told me only docusign would do - it's a pain.
Thank you

I have generic model release (no agency logos on it) and it is accepted on SS, too. It is basically Getty and Istock's model release, download it from there.
