I would be curious how many different subjects you guys usually covering within a session...

Not very clear for me.
For me 1 session corresponds to 1 brief/project/idea.
So 1 subject = 1 session.

But it happens to do different sessions in the same day.

I work with storyboards, covering various subjects in a session, changing clothes etc.

Tror, sounds like you and I work similarly.  I posted in the other thread that I typically shoot for 5-6 hours and have models change clothes and props multiple times.  I also try to get some studio shots and some outdoors or "location" stuff in the same day.  My average session produces 600-800 shots and encompasses many different concepts.

Yes, totally. I shoot only 4-5 hours producing usually the same amount of photos (600-800)...
