So i got an email from pond5 saying they over charged me for a video clip it was for 205k audience licence and now put my account on -54 dollars...they claim its happened to many artist...to me this makes pond5 not look very trust worthy...has this ever happened to anyone else before?

Same thing happened to me. People aren't perfect, they make mistakes. Doesn't make them untrustworthy. It has happened before with other sites.

Yep, I got overpayment email last week putting my account into negative. I noticed they overpaid me for last month so was expecting it.

I got it too, and having money taken away is never fun, but I got a really good sales day today that more than made up for it (almost 20 sales). Good things happen, and bad things happen. Hopefully more good than bad in the long run.

I've had a few problems with Pond5's sales reporting over the years. I think their back end maybe isn't as good as it should be.

Yeah, I got one saying they double paid me for an upgrade so they were taking 1/2 back. I had 2 upgrade payments this month (I never knew that they were a possibility before) and it looks like the smaller was the one that was doubled, but I didn't take careful notes before this happened so I am not sure.

I contacted Pond5 they confirmed it was an error in their system and apolgized for the error.
Seems they had a glitch which doubled up some earnings

Same here, they said that they had paid double fir an upgraded license.
