Title: Property Release for AirBB rental

Hi,

I'm wondering about renting homes thru AirBB for location shoots. Has anyone done this before? I'm worried about the owner up charge or refuse rental if I ask them to sign a release up front. The images will be for RM/Macro.

I did. But I'm always ask them upfront. I email them first, explain about stock photography, and property release, only book the place when they agree to sign. I even offer small additional fee if I really like the place and the house owner is reluctant.
