Title: Question About Property Releases
Post by: Carl on January 04, 2012, 18:06
I have some shots of a model inside a small tourist attraction.  I have a signed model release, but no property release.  I'm assuming, therefore, that due to the lack of a property release, the photos will have to be editorial.  Should I bother with uploading the model release?

I don't see the point, but perhaps someone else might have a different view.

Don't bother UL'ing to iStock, that's for sure. Their strange version of editorial doesn't allow images taken on private property without a property release (just one of the many zillions of strange restrictions they have).

Yeah, oddly enough on IS, you'd probably get them in the regular collection unless its really recognizable.
