A company has recently registered a trademark using an overlay of one of my images that they did not have rights to. (Among all images I sell, none allow such use on any agency or site)

What does one do about this?

It depends.

(1) What country is the company based in? And where are you?

(2) What country is the trademark registered in?

(3) At what stage in the registration process is the trademark registration?
