We are in the process of evaluating our suppliers and have chosen your portfolio among others to evaluate, as, unfortunately, we are cleaning up the database.
We have noticed that our cooperation which started in 2019, has not been very fruitful.
In this process, we have decided to end the cooperation with you due to low sales which show that the uploaded material is not very demanded by our customers and uploading material that is not accepted in our database.
Your portfolio has been deleted and your uploading rights have been shut down as of today.
In the next two weeks, your account will be fully deleted and you will be paid out what we owe you in two weeks as well.

That happen with us a year or two ago. Their percentage on royalties is so slow. Don't worry about it it's a dying agency. Just pull your content.

yeah, I'm not concerned at all, I find it curious that they act "cleaning" their database without complaint. Maybe it would be great if other agencies deleted the millions of photos that are more than 3 years old, for example, without ever having been sold.

And maybe it wouldn't.
E.g. although Alamy is a low seller, my sales there are more likely to be files that have never sold in 3, 5 or more years than files I uploaded this year.

Or that your site is incapable of attracting the right customers.
