Can anyone explain to me what and how I can fix this fault in my drawing that I submitted - This is the first time I have gotten a refusal with this type of comment (See below). Thanks
"We require the source image to be attached to the property release, all in one file. Thanks."

this is an illustration created by me in cs5 and I have to now scan the image on my own work for each drawing that I now do on a property release? makes no sense?

If the image you submit was traced of a photo or other image or is a picture of artwork ("scans/photos of paintings") you need to add a property release which have included in it the original image from which you worked or a release for the artwork creator itself. I save a jpg file of the original and add it to my release (in MS Word) which I then print to JPG or PDF file and submit that.
If the work is original yours (not traced), I have mentioned this fact in the note to the reviewer "This is not a traced image, it is an original work of art. There is no source document which can be attached". I non the less attach I generic property release stating that the image is my own work.
