Sup,
So......this W8-BEN tax form. I been looking everywhere and can't get a clear answer. I get what it is and it's purpose, not going to complain about that, because that isn't going to make it go away.
I want to know, does this form have to be submitted repeatedly for each micro-stock agency other than shutterstock and istock, or does one only need to submit the form to the IRS once????

W8-BEN Tax Form is nothing but a simple tax form (a kind of agreement between you and the company) for which a small percentage of the sale royalty will be cut for any sale made in US. Every country have different percentage of agreements with sales in U.S..
Yes... you need to submit it in many websites which are located in U.S. or comes under U.S. Tax Withholding.
You can get a detailed explanation here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRS_tax_forms#W-8_Series (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRS_tax_forms#W-8_Series)

Thanks,
wasn't sure if it was a once off completion form or not. Appreciate it.
All the best
