Title: Resubmitting to SS
Post by: tomasfoto on September 04, 2012, 14:53
A few weeks ago I posted here about a submission of 38 images that were all rejected for "poor lighting".  I felt it was a bad edit, and I wrote to SS.  They told me to resubmit with a case number they gave me.  Today I received approval on 30 of the images.  This renews my faith.  Based on what I have sold I know these will sell.  Both SS and I come out of this as winners.

If you think your submissions really deserve a second look I recommend you do as I did and write to them.  Their response and second edit were most reasonable.  I can keep SS as my favorite micro agent.

Aloha.

Good to know.  Thanks for sharing.  And, congratulations.

Funny because Anthony vows for his reviewers and he says he  stands by all rejections.

A while back someone had 100/100 rejections, she was gutted, had to write support and is now resubmitting in batches and  they seem to get approved 2nd time around.

Uneven lighting rejections are the latest trend on SS, as well as rejecting boots and shoes for copyright, so it seems from the forum over there.

I wonder what is next?

On SS, the same batch can get rejected today but accepted tomorrow  ::)

Yes so he has said.

And this just goes to show that someone and something is wrong?

I guess something doesnt add up indeed but what can you do about it. SS is not going to change anything.

They only go their own way. It doesnt matter how many people complain about something, that actually holds water, SS will not budge.
