Title: Return of Sales- Deposit Photos
Post by: tab62 on August 30, 2012, 09:38: I find it kind of funny on my returns with Deposit Photo- $.30 files. Who would return 30 cent photos? I a have several the last few months :-\

That's funny considering the source. (DP not you!)

This was the place paying people for uploads and making all kinds of friendly concessions to get images and uploads. Is this the turning point where they must start watching every cent because of CC fraud and profits for the investors?

so they have a machine that automatically places the refunds onto the photograper.

Ill remember them. I might go and delete my port there, now.

I didnt sleep on it. I deactivated my most important pictures.
I wont have it.

Anyway, should be agency supporting "subs" refunds, mainly because the way they work ($$$) for them.

Ah... have You check your balance? I ask because there is at least one agency that, report by email some refunds and forget the obvious.. :D

Post by: klsbear on August 30, 2012, 12:16: I had one refund about 18 months ago and wrote to support. I had a "real" response (not canned auto-response) within 24 hours telling me that if it was a matter of credit card fraud their system automatically would refund but that they never gave refunds for quality images just because someone changed their mind.
