Companies use posted pictures for free and claim if they tag with a like, it's not advertising. This is how they get free photos for marketing. Free

And others they just ask, can we use your photo, and people answer yes, which makes it legal. Free

This is why I put nothing on these sites, where they make money offering our photos for free.

There's no excuse for this. These are major brands with huge marketing budgets. They just think they can get away with it because individuals don't have the resources to sue a huge corporation. Public shaming sounds good to me.

That's one that jumped out for me. If the person posting uses a company tag it's implied consent?

The other was the social media contract and the final was "may we use your photo", and people answer yes. Now the big companies have free advertising and permission. Free photos.
