Hi!  :)

I have noticed that colors and saturation in the images doesn't look the same from one agency to another. For example, the same images look allright on Shutterstock but are oversaturated and have too much contrast on Dreamstime, and on Most Photos they look pale. Why is it like that?

The preview or the thumbnail can look different because each site use different algorithms to generate them.
Your full resolution image is (should be) the same as your original on your HD
