Wonder if you agree to sell rights(I mean full buyout) of your images?
And if so would you tell how much you've earn on this?

I have never received such a request, and I don't think I would, but I would ask a good amount of money, depending on the image, of course.  I don't think we should consider only how much money we could make with it, but what it is worth  as someone wants such exclusive rights over it.
