Title: Selling mobile pictures
Post by: S. on February 22, 2017, 18:32
Do you sell mobile pictures with one of these (or other) app?
Any success with it or it's  just a waste of time?

Do these agencies accept photos taken with a real camera too? (apart from Dreamstime, 123RF and Depositphotos, of course)

I tried, don't even remember where, and got rejection for noise. Really? Of course there is noise, it's a confetti sized senzor, duh, what's the point of mobile stock if they don't ajdust their standards to what phone cameras are capable of. Nonsense.
I ain't gonna setup lighting just to shoot with phone, I'll shoot with proper camera.

I tried FOAP and EyeEM, but in the end just stopped.  It wasn't worth the time given the low number of photos I was uploading.
