SS are sometimes rejecting my model releases, sometimes accepting, same model release, date, model and activity.

Other agencies accept them.

Any suggestions for a model release that SS accepts.  There is a downloadable PDF form on the SS website.  I don't really want to use the digital signature one as I can't use that on other agencies.  Have to do it twice.
