Shutterstock missed my payment for October 2012 - which I expected to arrive on November 6th. I have checked my account and it was not received before this date or up until now. In fact I just got the November payment.

I wrote shutterstock support 3 times with not even a reply.

Any ideas what to do?

What e-mail address did you write to?  I believe that contributors need to send inquires to [email protected]
I think [email protected] is for buyers only so contributor inquires are ignored.

Actually first might be, make sure there's a payment scheduled? Did they send a notice email, as they do before sending payment?

After that, yes write, phone, make it public.

I know this is basic, but you should check what you have your payment threshold set to and make sure you made it last month.  ie if you have it set at $75 and only made $74 then the money will be carried forward to the next months payment.  It will show up in your balance on your earnings sheet though (ie if you have earned $50 since then your balance at the bottom of the page will be shown as $124)

Yep, this is what I was going to suggest. When I first started at SS, this used to freak me out too. I suspect the OP didnt reach payout.
