Hi everyone. I was wondering if there will be any model release format accepted by the most common agencies (SS, AS, BS, iS, etc) that should not include the date of the photo or a description or a "photo" of the model? I have usually used the model release of iS that is easily accepted by other agenies but requires a lot of info, so it takes time and paper to fill that out. Recently I saw the model release of Dreamstime and it does not need more than the information of the photographer and model, does anyone know about one similar to this or the one by Dreamstime is accepted by the other agencies? Which model release format/template do you use that is very simple and it's accepted equally in several agencies (upload the same photo)? Thank you!

The problem is that other agencies require specific set of data in order for MR to be accepted, so if DT (or any other) sample doesn't include shoot date or whatever iS, SS, AS or else requires, they just won't accept it.

I understand, that's why I use the is template for all because it contains a lot of info but it's kind of annoying. My question is that anyone has been lucky with a same simple model release template for different agencies...

For other agencies may be, but definitely it won't work for iS, as they literally require all fields there are in their form.

I did one MR for all agencies. I downloaded existing releases from IS, SS, DT, and Fotolia, then I copied text from all agreements, removed duplicated content and made all requested fields. So some agencies has more information then they are requesting. Just Veer (yes, I did it long time ago) wanted a witness phone number, so added it there. and sometime I do a photo how model is holding signed release as I don't have a time for chatting with support about something what is missing. It is one A4 page with space for attaching 'basic' model's face photo (not the same photo from 'stock photo shooting').

So far I just uploaded no more than 10 clips that required model release... the irony is that i used the SS release por all the agencies, and it was accepted by all (P5, VB, AS, DT) except SS... apparently the signature of the witness os spilling a bit over the name of the witness and that bothered SS reviewers... but for the moment i'm using the SS model...
