It's not acceptable, but it's how it is*. I haven't contacted them for several months and back then it was about 4-6 weeks, but I've read that it is taking longer nowadays.
*It's probably 'not sustainable' to employ enough CR reps, but you'd think they could bring in temps every six months or so to clear the backlog.
