The "generic" video is sort of odd. I didn't realize it was an ad for Dissolve. I was thinking, hey, there's some really nice footage in there. But now, it's almost like they're laughing at producers. Like, we're thinking your stuff has no meaning, but we'll sell it for you anyways.

Definitely funny. Maybe, a bit odd for an ad, but I guess if you want something to go viral.

Actually, I don't think any of us in the ad industry think it makes a laughingstock of stock...we all get a chuckle out of it because it pokes fun, really, at us and our clients. It's sort of a collective groan of recognition. It is going fairly viral, though.
