I'm sorry, but this is just stupid. It's obvious what went wrong and they talk about it in that story. Getting soaking wet wearing heavy clothes or (in this case) a dress that includes a lot of fabric is always dangerous in moving water. People get swept out to sea at beaches wearing light bathing suits. Anyone who goes into water wearing a wedding dress is either crazy or just unaware of the dangers.

The photographer wasn't too bright suggesting this scene. But the bride does bear a lot of responsibility as well.

There's another story out recently about a bride posing on a waterfall who fell and died. Tragic also, of course, but people need to be more thoughtful in choosing photo locations.

yeah, that does look like the same story.  The bride was at the bottom of the waterfall though, not the top.
