HI, everyone!
For more than 4 months I waiting for payment from Stockxpert. I've written many letters to support but received only "please be patient we gonna pay very soon...." Now they even stopped to answer my letters! Four months and still no money on my account! Have someone faced with the same problem, and what to do in this case?

I completely forgotten this website. Just checked and have some payment in there. I have request it now, lets see when they pay.

Stockxpert was one of the best website until it was purchased, feel sad about it.

How could you have sales on a site that is dead for years?

The site stopped selling directly after Getty acquired Jupiter Images and merged the StockXpert content with iStock/Thinkstock. For people who were not iStock contributors already, Getty paid for the sales of Hemera (StockXpert) content through Thinkstock via the old StockXpert site.

They always pay me (takes about 1 month though). I get a couple a year of $50 (the minimum payout).

Still waiting for payment request on August, whether it's worth sending mail to Istock or Getty ?

Today I've received this email:
Dear Stockxpert Contributor,

We appreciate your past participation and submissions to Stockxpert.

We wanted to let you know that we are planning to retire the Stockxpert platform and are removing all Stockxpert images from our websites and distributors that license the Hemera collection, including Thinkstock by Getty Images. We expect to have this complete by the end of December.

As a result, this is our notification that your Stockxpert agreement is terminated effective January 1, 2018.

Final Payment
Affiliate licenses will be reported to us in early 2018 and a final payment will be made by June 30, 2018. All remaining balances will be paid, including balances that do not meet the payment minimum, as part of the final payment.

Well provide additional information closer to the date of the final payment.

We will continue to process payment requests that meet the $50 minimum up until the final payment.

If you have any questions, please contact us.

If you are interested in continuing working with us, please click here to apply to become a contributor to iStock by Getty Images.

Wed like to thank you again for your participation in Stockxpert.

Sincerely,
Getty Images

Stockxpert Contributor Agreement Termination Notice

So I moaned to istock support today about STILL not getting paid since August... and they sent me this email within 6 hours.  Coincidence?  I think not.  That means they are going to drag their feet until June of 2018 to pay us what we are owed.

Going to miss those random payouts. It was like free money for work done years ago.

I did contact Istock after Stockxpert stopping response to my request.  At first, Istock responded:
"Thanks for your message.

You have contact iStock by Getty Images.

We won't be able to assist with your Stockxpert account since it is not part of our company. But please, feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance with your iStock account.

I replied, the contact on stockXpert:

That's Istockphoto, your company!!! Then, they gave me the "Stockxpert Contributor Agreement Termination Notice" within an hour.

Just got the termination notice, I don't know if I have a balance or not. I was already on IS when they pulled the switch and dropped us into Thinkstock. A payment would be nice but I don't think there's anything coming. I haven't written to them in years and don't have an account. I get the feeling that this was sent to everyone who ever had an account there?

Do you still have your StockXpert login? I kept mine and I have a balance each year.  This year it was $150, last year $360.  Might be worth looking into, but if you have a balance they will pay you anyway according to their email.  I went ahead and requested payout anyway, through StockXpert as I do each year.

Mostly right, they are closing the site. I'm pretty sure I have nothing due, I was on iStock and they moved everything from StockXpert to thinkstock. But if I get a payment this June that will be a nice gift.

I requested a payment in October, before the announcement, and received it two months later.

Certainly, one big amount of money stays there for their interests for a half year...

I think some of you  will be pleasantly surprised by your payout if you havent checked your StockXpert account in a while. I hadnt checked mine for 2-3 years because I just assumed the earnings were being ported over to iStock. Nope, when I logged into StockXpert several months ago, I had $1500 in there. I requested payment and they eventually paid it out.

I didn't think we had a choice because I was already accepted on IS. No access but I did get an email.

Thanks for posting - I hadn't seen that e-mail.  I was planning to request a final payout and then close my account but I guess now they will save me the trouble - will let it ride until the final payout.
