Title: ?? submitting release to diff. agencies

Can i use one release with multiple agencies? for instance, I have a release of a model signed on a shutterstock hardcopy, and i cant get access to that model to sign additional release forms. How do i use this release with other agencies??

I've only had a couple of shots with models, but last one I just used Istock release, just deleting any reference to them. It was accepted at all the big 6.
