Only iStockphoto is doing poorly for me. The others are about average. Of course, Shutterstock would be below average if it hadn't been for an EL.

Everything is slowing down for me, except SS, but being a subscription site, they will follow in July. It's normal and it happens every year.

Perhaps going out and taking some good photos and uploading them might help ..

This is a terrible month for me- I'm at less than 10% of where I was last month this time.

I my opinion that is not enough! Ok i now that many complain but dont do nothing to turn this situation around. But the true is that global economy is down and all feel that. And microstock in not one exception to this!

If one company decide that they must cut into the budget they have, the 1 they cut is publicity and that reflects into micro stock!

Not everyone suffers in an economic downturn. E.g. the budget superstores get a boost 'cos people can't afford to shop in the more upmarket ones.
Hopefully this same trend will mean MS will be one of the few industries to ride this out without significant income loss.

I think it is just  an expected slow down that happens around this time of every year.
as for economic downturn we know it has been around for a while now and (to my point of view) it hasn't had a certain impact on microstock yet.

I am noticing a slight softening in sales across the board, but to be honest, so far nothing as bad as last year when sales plummeted.

I believe the slowing economy is actually driving designers to consider microstock who might not have used it in the past.

I agree with that it is not as bad as last year  in fact the month started really well for me but after the second week things started to slow down.
I expect my sales to get back to 'normal' in august.

Can't say I've noticed a slow down but have been uploading quite a bit recently which keeps the sales from becoming stagnant. I expect that there will be a slowdown in July and August but that is pretty normal.
