AFAIK image exclusive. Never tried to apply.

I have images there and they are not image exclusive.  They do not accept images that you also have uploaded on the micros.  They are a traditional/midstock agency.  Give them a try and report back your results  ;)

It's stock.  There is no $$$$$$   ;D

Old Thread, but it looks like Yuri has 45,702 images here today, August 1st, 2013 (credit not mine but discovered by other member here, hjalmeida). I thought he was "exclusive" at istock? Yeah, right.

It is possible that his images are being re-distributed through Superstock by another Getty agency.  They designate other agencies with a prefix.  I don't know what 4197R is.

maybe we have to refined the word 'Exclusive' ?

Mutually exclusive means only one company where just exclusive means as many companies as the earth can possibility hold  ;)

Exclusive means he uploads to one agency.  Image exclusive agencies still distribute through other agencies.

Just this past month, AGE announced they are going to be redistributing their agency exclusive images through Alamy (and they also distribute those images through various other agencies).

These days, it doesn't matter if you are licensing RF or RM or if you are "exclusive" with an agency or not - your images are EVERYWHERE as agencies try to boost their revenue and compete with each other.  I submit to four agencies directly (on a non-exclusive basis) and I have found my images at over 60 agencies worldwide.  That's the way things work these days.

n Correct, but no one knows/knew if/that Superstock is a partner site of Getty/Istock

Anyone 'signed up' to IMDb?

(may be totally irrelevant)

Superstock is it's own agency.  It distributes images from other agencies as well.
