Hi MSG Folks,

For those that have an LLC do you file a 'Form 1065' or 'Schedule C' ?

If you are a sole owner, you can report with a schedule C.  If you are a partnership, you should use 1065.
I would highly recommend talking to an accountant. I'm a great believer in do it yourself, but a good accountant is a very valuable person.

I am off to the accountant for sure on this one- too much paper work lol!
