I'm still disappointed.

I went in search of one for you before and came back emptyhanded.  Not this time.

Now if I could just figure out where my vector brain and heart are at LOL (and no definitely not in my vector body ;)

Tineye your heart. I just tried to reply to this but my post closed. :(  There are over 20 results for the heart.  Didn't even check the brain yet.  You have a lot of tears online. You just need to use the Tineye plugin and maybe not the Tineye uploader.  You have *tons* now.

Here's one from Equifax:

Yea, only four years and there's the first one anyone found, including me. OK one is enough.

Hey I was just coming here to post that :D  I found it last night LOL using the tin eye plugin.  Still can't find the brain using tin eye possibly those could be downloaded by teachers and whatnot for anatomy classes.  Still can't find any of the enhanced license downloads that I've gotten (4 of them) those would be nice to see :)

Thank you for helping it's very much appreciated :)

Thanks and proof that I do actually take photos.  ;)

The pills and bottle with case was one of my original Micro application shots. 10-D, hey wait, the guy cooking (at a race track while I was wandering through the fan area) 10-D snapshot, and the wreath? Stone Mountain GA on vacation, saw it, snapped it, which probably would lead to the airplane being loaded, also last airline trip I took, bored in the airport, looking out the window, which was to Atlanta = same trip five years ago.

So since then, new camera(s), all "L" lenses, better understanding of Micro demands and processing, and what sells? My CrapStock! Things I took with a pocket camera. Stuff from the 10-D with a 28-135 zoom lens. Flatbed scans!  ???

The Crapstock website is coming soon. I won't have anything for sale, probably wouldn't be anything but a joke, but it will have links to my SS, IS, BS, ThinkStock and Mostphoto collections? LOL

Donna,

I see many empty areas there.  ;)  Congrats. I should be using my column tomography for something too. Maybe to compete with you in Zazzle. :)

These are not MicroStock finds but two magazines are featuring my motocross images in their September editions:
Racer X Illustrated and
MotoRetro Illustrated.

Much better than microstock, actually.  The checks are big enough to cover expenses and then some.   ;D

Click on "directions". The sunset photo was taken in the Okavango Delta, and is now set at Oklahoma. Well, "OK"! ;D

Sorry not spamming the link...

Originally:
A page cut or torn from a periodical and used chiefly to provide evidence to an advertiser of the publication of an advertisement.

Now, a page torn from a publication, proving that the photographer has been published in that publication. Usually a collection to show previous work and status. Kind of like proof that you aren't just blowing smoke about your sale of a double truck to XYZ magazine last year.

Probably more modern version instead of people clipping or "tearing" pages out of bound works, is a scan of published materials, as proof of publication. Instead of carrying a scahel full of books and magazines, you can just carry a file folder of tear sheets. Again modern, you just have some scans on a thumb drive.  :D

In general I'd say it's just a proof of publication, although some other industries may have adopted the term for their use. It's from Journalism and publishing.

Oh nice one Madelaide.  I'd be honoured to have a tear sheet from WWF.  They were the first charity I ever heard of (and joined) as a child, and I've continued to support them all my life.

I would be so proud if they chose one of my images.  Good for you!  ;D
