So, after stealing who knows how many of my vectors and giving them away for free for years, Freepik now has the unmitigated gall to email me and offer to buy my vectors.

They mumbled something about compensation back when i caught them and got SS to tell them to remove my images, but not a penny has been forthcoming.

These people are scum, folks. I'll continue to remind everyone.

Scum.

Why would they pay $ when they can just steal it again?
They suffer no penalty or consequences for doing so.

I don't know. They seem to want to appear aboveboard. Perhaps they got worried when Shutterstock got in touch...though they're still affiliates, which really angers me.

hello,

after read shelma's thread about freepik, i decided to join this forum (to say my experience join as contributor in there), im new in here, and im sorry for my bad english.

And yeah, i have bad experience in there. they didnt pay me. i have about $95, maybe its just a penny to you, but for me, in my country, it can pay rents for 2 months.

i regret join freepik, and warn you not join them.
or am i wrong? or did i miss something?

$95 for two months of rent? Nice.

In my country I pay $1200 for two months of rent. And that's cheap for our rent standards.
