Title: Thinkstock Earnings
Post by: Phillip Minnis on February 25, 2011, 16:38
As yet, I have not received my Thinkstock earnings for January on iStock this month.  Have any others received theirs?

Read here (http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=307512&messageid=5933222) if you're looking for the payments for iStock content on TS (as opposed to StockXpert which I think is in some tangle and delayed a lot more).

My favorite part - So Feb 30th this month?  :)

There was also a subtle note or two that people who are opted in and have over 1000 images, have less than a quarter for sale in the PP. The program is still SNAFU.

I have about 25% that were ported to ThinkStock, don't know how many are on Photos.com but if I search for the IS file ID number they come up with a Photos.com file ID #. So that's hidden but part of the file data. I don't know how to search for my files on Photos.com, except one by one.

On ThinkStock I have some photos with one name another 37 with a different name and a larger number with that second name, from StockXpert. Also some duplicates but it's not worth my time to do their work for them and delete that small group. SO if your name is "John Smith" and you search just that, with the quotes on ThinkStock, you might want to also try "JohnSmith" without the space and see if there are more photos. Caps don't matter and use full quotes.

I don't know how IS tracks my sales when I have at least two different names associated with three different sites.

Yeah I'll be waiting for the 30th of Feb. for my payout. :D

Sure would be nice if IS posted Thinkstock earnings by their 9 a.m. MST Monday morning Paypal deadline, so I can cash out instead of waiting another week.

There's only a few hours left in February, and I still haven't received my January Thinkstock earnings from iStock.

I found my payment this morning. Dated March, 1st 0:09, so they almost meet their deadline. Or they meet it considering they are GMT +2.

Provide they don't continue to push the payment day forward each month, it's acceptable for me (at least compared to their standards for the last few months).

Mine still doesn't show up on IS.  This is getting ridiculous.   >:(

They said by the 30th.  That gives them until tomorrow night, right?  ::)

I don't think so, probably 32nd or 33rd of February... ;)

Finally, now we're talking modern math and creative calendars. If some scientific type can say Pluto isn't a planet (and it isn't according to the rules for what a planet is) and then the pseudo-scientists say there's a new 13th sign for the zodiac, why not 33 days in Feb.  ;D

Yes, I just looked, nothing new. I check commissions once a day, sometimes once every two days.

Is it the day before yesterday yet?
