This is funny to see, a sudden upsurge in the "earth on fire" image I have. Whats the occasion  ;)

I'm charging my battery now so I can photograph Doomsday tomorrow. So you will either see some lovely beach shots or nothing at all.  ;)

Just noticed this morning that the Beeb bought their apocalypse shot from Thinkstock.  A good choice of image, I thought:
