I used their trial version and think they're good but unfortunately pretty expensive imho.

Here is one I created a while back. Its very basic but you can rework it.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhjSTiU-8rbUdF9IaGZBdmpNOG5IVTNGZ2k3UUdUWHc#gid=0 (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhjSTiU-8rbUdF9IaGZBdmpNOG5IVTNGZ2k3UUdUWHc#gid=0)
Every thing is calculated automatically and all cells have formatted conditions, all you need to do is enter the data. Use the legenda in the file.
There is also a little key word generator on the second tab, for adding, commas, semicolons and/or quotes to make phrases. Just type the words into column A , E, or G. You can copy and paste the keywords into the keyword fields on the stock site.
There is room for your first 200 photos. You can add remove any rows or columns, just remember to change the formulas as well then. Everyone with a bit of excel knowledge can edit the file easily.
You can download the file on Google Docs, just click file and then download as excel.
Here is a link to a handy file name copy tool. Just download and install. Select your photos, and then right click copy file names. And then paste into the excel sheet.

Excel
Except I used Open Office, but the same thing. I don't track anything anymore except end of the year income, for the accountant.

What problem did you have with microstock analytics?
I find that it takes forever to pull the data whenever I download it, but once it's there it work well for me.
I had problems with Stock Performer
