I have had a rejection from SS of these images because "Trademark"

But this is not the real question.
The question is that today everything made by man has trademark, logo, patent (even bread sometime).
So in theory we should not make any photo with any object or anything made by the man?
Let me understand this well
Somebody will tell me that if there is no logo
Stop! Today everything has a logo, a brand, etc
Somebody will tell me that if there is no logo (because it is hidden) it will not be a problem.
But not only logos are protected, design too is protected.
Some company had patent on some rectangle with round angles, you remember?
And what about people with clothes?
Well, I have a photo with people wearing T-shirts, jeans, and sport shoes.
Of course I have the model release.
But, even if I don't see the brand, as I work in a big company of jeans I understand at the first sight that these jeans are not LC or D, but real L's
But, even if I don't see the brand, as I work in a big company of T-shirts I understand at the first sight that these T-shirts are not B or D, but real L (yes the one with crocodile)
But, even if I don't see the brand, as I work in a big company of Shoes I understand at the first sight that these Shoes are not N or P, but real A (I see only one stripe, but the design of the shoe is so obvious)
Etc
So, we must stop to shoot photos with object or clothes or anything else, without the release from the object or clothes or anything else manufacturers?
Only nude photos? (With release of course
)
